A Day of Food in Paris
Paris is a wonderful city to visit, but it’s also a city that foodie dreams are made of. From flakey croissants, buttery baguettes and chocolate filled desserts, to creamy pate, cheese and confit duck. My list of places to visit when I come here is almost always made up of restaurants, cafes and bakeries, so inevitably I spend most of my days in Paris eating and drinking – which is never a bad thing.
Dining at the Beach at La Casa de Gloria
La Casa de Gloria is my absolute favourite place to eat when I’m in Punta Hermosa (one of the beach towns south of Lima), and to be honest I crave their food at least once a week. I’ve genuinely been begging my boyfriend for the last couple of weeks to drive us down so I can get my fix. Cafe de Lima
Normally I visit a location a fair few times before I write about it on here, just to make sure it really is as good as I think (Astrid & Gastón, Hanzo, Tanta), although there are special occasions like Lima Food Week or Lima Restaurant Week where I have shared some places that I had only visited once but think would be a good option to visit, especially with the one-off discount (Mayta, Malabar, La Nacional).
However, there have been occasions where I visit somewhere and I just know that I’ll keep going back to visit whenever I can. This happened to me a while ago with El Pan de la Chola, and now with Cafe de Lima. Continue reading
